OMG! BACKGROUND! You have NO idea how long it took me to get that background how I wanted it >< Kept starting over. I can tell you I totally totally totally TOTALLY HATE perspective! XD

Anyway. ~Okabu caught my 10K pageview (sort of XD) and requested Forte standing on top of a building and looking over Net City at night with twinkly lights and everything. My first reacion on her note was: "OMG YAY! An excuse to paint a NIGHT SCENE!" Because I LOVE painting night scenes! *O* The only thing I like better then painting night scenes is painting RAINY night scenes, but I didn't want to add rain in this one.
My next reacion was: "Z0mgwtf that means background! D: And perspective! D: *dies*"
The title is the same title as Okabu's Decadence ficcer (go read it! Now!) because this piccer and her fic are kinda linked; this scene of Forte looking over Net City is a part of it.
But meh, I gotta say, I'm fairly pleased with the end result and all that starting over was worth it I think XD Hope it is what you wanted it to be, Okabu. If not, I'm sorry for screwing up your piccer XD;
And I'm also sorry for the ugly watermark but I'm just not taking anymore chances with art thieves ¬¬ If you want a version without the trademark, I can mail it or something. Thanks again for catching my 10 K ^-^ (or 10,004, whatever XD close enough)

I like the draws of Night,White Moon and rainy Nights.
I imagined Forte looking all the Net Navi walking un the city,when in his first months of life only were a simple dreams of humans,the only can use Net Navi with,NetOp,Forte was an advanced Navi,the Future,he was the Future of the Past and now,that Future is reflected in the City and Navi who walks in the streets.
