I was getting sick of the old one; damn coat. The details in this thing made my hand go "Ow! Pain! *dies*" XD
So.. blah XD New look, and I like it way better then the first one. Will make decent reference sheet later. First need to finish the Forte GF one XD
I don't know what that rock is doing there. I first wanted to make a full background but since this is the first drawing of Meph in his new outfit, I left it out. I since I already had the pose done it would look weird if I also left out the rock.
Cell shading on metallic objects id difficult @_@ I can never get it to look right. Blah.
So yeah XD
Oh, and some people seem to confuse my demon characters with Disney's gargoyles, so; Meph is NOT a gargoyle! XD I've never even seen that show (not on tv here). So, please don't call him a gargoyle or Meph will probably start hurting things
Mediums: sketched with pencil, inked and colored in Flash, background in PS 7
Time taken: 7 á 8 hours

I once did something similar to this, when I was eleven. ^ ^; I liked the pose I had my character in, so I randomly added a rock to make it look better. Of course, mine ended up as crap, but this looks very nice. The rock doesn't look out of place, and Meph looks awesome, as usual. I really adore that staff he has as well... and you did amazingly with the wings, as usual. XD
